A 2-day leadership retreat with faculty celebrating the career milestone of achieving tenure at Duke University. This gathering is intended to provide newly tenured faculty with an opportunity to pause and strategically consider the next five to eight year period of their careers in discussions led by senior faculty and administrators. Our full program includes a celebratory dinner, long range career planning activities, presentations by senior faculty and networking opportunities with faculty representing a broad array of disciplines across the university.
The Newly Tenured Faculty Celebration & Leadership Retreat is sponsored by the Office for Faculty Advancement and organized through the Office of Faculty Research Mentoring & Recognition.
